Returns Policy

At Onfarm Solutions, we strive to provide excellent service and products to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible. Please review our returns policy below:

 Eligibility for Returns:

Spare parts purchased directly from Onfarm Solutions are eligible for return under certain conditions. Full systems or assembled products are not eligible for return.

 Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. The restocking fee will be calculated as the greater of either:

A minimum NZ$75 fee or 15% of the total purchase price of the returned item(s), whichever is the greater will be charged.

 Freight Charges:

Freight charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).

 Return Limitations:

Returns are limited to a maximum total value of NZ$5000 per sale. Any returns exceeding this limit will not be accepted for refund.

 Return Process:

Prior to initiating a return, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Onfarm Solutions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. To request an RMA number, please contact our customer service team at support@onfarmsolutions.com. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Returns must be shipped to the warehouse originally dispatched from within 5 days of receiving the RMA number.

 Refund Process:

Instead of refunds in cash, returns will be processed as store credit. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), Onfarm Solutions will issue store credit equivalent to the eligible refund amount, less any applicable restocking fees. Store credit can be used towards future purchases from Onfarm Solutions.

 Exclusions:

Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return. Returns of spare parts exceeding 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.

 Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective spare part, please contact Onfarm Solutions immediately to arrange for a replacement or store credit.  Damaged or defective items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
